Claire commenced her Physiotherapy career at University of Birmingham where she combined her academics and athletics, studying whilst training and competing with world class coaches and athletes.  Due to a break from studies due to ill health Claire moved home to Norwich and set up her own sports injury and rehabilitation practice: making use of her Diploma in Sports Massage.  During this time Claire qualified in Clinical Pilates.  With an immense determination and passion for physiotherapy Claire returned to Birmingham in 2017 to graduate and attained her BSc Honours in Physiotherapy.


Whilst on her final placement Claire was identified by the Medical Director of James Paget who was impressed with her abilities as a Physiotherapist that he created a job for Claire to commence immediately upon graduation. 


With a continued passion for rehabilitating sports professionals Claire embarked upon a new role in private practice. Claire developed skills in movement analysis, sports injury and injury prevention, further developing skills in Clinical Pilates and gait analysis.


Being a high level and competitive athlete Claire enjoys working with sporting and strength development especially in adolescents. 


Claire also works at Norwich City Football Club working as a Chartered Physiotherapist for the academy teams.


Claire offers support and professional advice to young middle distance runners working alongside her Father, David Pring who coaches at City of  Norwich Athletics Club.


Claire has a passion and empathy with her patients that cannot be taught, she loves working with people of all ages, in particular women in pregnancy through maintaining strength and exercise both pre and post partum.
